Class Description:

This modern dance class, based on the Martha Graham technique, is open to dancers and non-dancers. Whether you simply want to explore the discipline of modern dance or your goal is to become a professional dancer, Saba will help you discover a new dance vocabulary, gain greater strength and dexterity, and experience the joy of moving through space to music. In a fun yet challenging atmosphere, within weeks your body and mind will develop into a wonderful dancing instrument. Each session is a lesson in “Dancing to Celebrate Life®.”
