Urban
Renewal 2011, organized by PMT Dance Studio, Inhumanoids & E.O.F/FUSE,
was the first freestyle battle/competition hosted at PMT Dance Studio.
It is just one example of PMT's dedication to urban & freestyle dance
community. |

PMT Dance Company continues to put on live stage shows
in collaboration with other artists, often getting featured on various
media.

From its onset, PMT Dance Studio was founded on the principle of trying to
open new doors without exploiting the talents of those in the dance and
greater artistic community. PMT strives to provide a place where
people can attain a complete dance education. Going forward, PMT Dance
Studio will always make every effort to provide a positive environment with
affordable dance classes and space; we will continue to provide
opportunities to those who otherwise would not be able to enjoy all the
rewards dance has to offer. Dance should always be something we enjoy,
something that moves us freely, and not something that drains us or hinders
us from growing both mentally and physically.

Diversity coupled with different ways to experience
dance is a staple of PMT's continuing mission, exhibited here by our
Salsa Open Session (hosted by Marlon Mills) - one of many Open
Sessions offered in different genres. |

PMT Showcases have come a long way from
the early days and continue to be a mainstay in the NYC dance
community. |
