MISATO HAYASHI was born and raised in Japan.
She
moved to NYC in 2008 to study at the Alvin Ailey School.
From
2007 to 2009 Misato was on full scholarship at Earl Mosley’s Institute of
the Arts.
There
she worked with choreographers including Fredrick Earl Mosley, Carol Erkes,
Kevin Wynn, Princess Mhoon Cooper, Juan Carlos Penuela, Christopher Huggins
and Julian Barnett.
She
also performed the choreography of Igal Perry at Peridance Capezio center,
and Alenka Cizmesija at Long Island University’s Dance Department’s Faculty
Concert a.
Currently she works with the J. Chen Project performing at the PMT Dance
Series, Solar Powered Dance Series, the Dumbo Dance Festival and Amnesty
International’s Human Rights Arts Festival.

Class Description:
The class Begins with a slowly
standing in the center, dancers warm up of modern-influenced, ballet-based
exercises that focus on breath, core strength, and total body awareness.
These exercises will build the dancer' center stronger, safely let go and
enjoy the journey through individual body.
The class also focuses on technique and challenged with speed, agility,
dynamics as well as the beginner learn the fundamentals of body movement.
