NEW FLOORS, MIRRORS & SOUND SYSTEMS in both studios!

Now you can enjoy TWO  state-of-the-art dance studios at affordable rates.  Each studio comes equipped with an AIR CONDITIONER and a sound system which includes a tape player, CD player, and AM/FM radio, as well as a TV, DVD player, and VCR.  We also have Yoga/Pilates mats available.  Space is available to rent for rehearsals, classes, performance showcases, and other private events.   In addition, now the entire floor is available for private events.

Hours of operation for rentals:

Rental Hours may be extended for special events

Sunday - Friday 9:00am - 12:00am (midnight)

Saturday - 9:00am - 9:00pm

Studio specs and dimensions:

Studio A -

Size: 50X25 ft.

Studio B -

Size: 40X20 ft.

Both studios have high ceilings; hardwood floor suitable for all styles of dance.  Dances that utilize hard shoes - ie: Tap, Flamenco, Mexican Folk, etc., are not permitted at any time.

Theater specs and dimensions:

Studio A can be converted into a performance space, with studio B serving as a staging/wing area.  Here are the dimensions of the performance space:

Stage Size - 25X25 ft.

Seating Capacity - 70-90 people (varies depending on seating arrangement)

Rental Rates:

For all rehearsals and privates (up to 3 people total):

All of the following include the use of the sound system, and up to 8 chairs.  Additional chairs are $2.00 per chair for rental.  Use of conference tables are $5.00 per table. 

Studio A - $18.00 (flat rate)

Studio B - $14.00 (flat rate)

Open Sessions (sessions that students are charged a nominal fee to session openly, i.e. - Pop Shop):

Studio A - $25.00 (flat rate)

Studio B - $20.00 (flat rate)

*Note: Events that are not considered rehearsals or that require special set up will be charged accordingly and not as rehearsals.  Please inquire with Pavan on rates.

            Use of live percussion instruments during the hours of 9:00am - 9:00pm will incur a $15.00 fee due to noise accommodations. 

For classes of 3 people or more: $39.00 per hour

Note: Rental reservation for classes cannot be made M-Thurs 6-10pm, and Friday 6:00 - 8:30pm.  This time is reserved for PMT Dance Faculty only.

For auditions and/or casting:

All audition rates include front desk assistance with sign in, tables and chairs.  

Studio A - $25.00 (1 small table, 5 chairs); $30.00 (with up to 2 folding tables and 30 chairs)

Studio B - $20.00 (1 small table, 5 chairs); $25.00 (with up to 2 folding tables and 30 chairs)

For photo shoots: Flat rate of $25.00 per hour

For video shoots:  Inquire for rates.

Yoga/Pilates Mat Rental: $2.00 per mat

Large Tumbling Mat Rental: $5.00 per hour

For Private Parties:  Studio A - $150.00 per hour

                                        Studio B - $100.00 per hour

                                        Entire 3rd floor - $250.00 per hour

* All rates include set-up and clean-up.  If additional staff or time is needed, price may vary.  Please contact us for more information.

After hour rates:

Reservations made after hours will be an additional $12.00 per hour for rehearsals and an additional $16.00 per hour for classes, auditions and other commercial bookings and events.
