After majoring in dance at
the University of Massachusetts, where Heather is originally from, she
moved to New York City to work for Frank Hatchet. Since then she
has choreographed and performed all over the United States, as well as
Europe and Asia.
Heather and her
choreography have been seen nationally on Summer Music Mania
(alongside NSYNC, Britney Spears,
Destiny’s Child, and Jessica Simpson), and
internationally on shows such as Viva, and
Top of the Pops with Robbie Williams as
Artful Dodger.
After returning from Asia, she performed and choreographed for the
Britney Spears-Oops…I did it again tour.
She is currently
back in New York City where she has choreographed shows such as the
2003 Grammy Pre-Show (hosted by Whoopie Goldberg),
and Beachers Comedy Madhouse.
Heather can be
found teaching jazz at Broadway Dance Center
and dance conventions around the country.

Class
Description:
Heather is an
energetic, enthusiastic teacher whose class focuses on developing strong
jazz technique. Students are expected to have a basic knowledge of
dance and a willingness to learn in a patient, low pressure environment.
Her 45 minute warm-up concentrates on strength and flexibility which is
used in her fast-paced and fun choreography. Two years dance
experience is recommended for the drop-in class. No experience is
required for the Beginner Performance Workshop.
