For performances, studio A can be converted into a performance space.  It can be connected to studio B to provide a staging/slash wing area for performers to enter and exit the stage from.  Various types of lighting can be supported.  The theater space seats 60-90 people, depending on the seating arrangement.  Here are the dimensions of the performance space:

Stage/Performance Space Size - 25X25 ft.

Seating Capacity - 70-90 people (varies depending on seating arrangement) 

Available Lighting Equipment:

• Two 6 ft. Border/Strip lights - 3 colors (RED, YELLOW, BLUE)

• One top/cue light position center at ceiling height - 1000 watts

• Four front corner/side lights - two on each side, adjustable.  Each light is 500 watts - 1000 watts total from each corner.

• 8-channel lighting board

• 2 dimmer packs and all necessary cords.

Available Sound Equipment:

• Full PA sound system with CD player.  

• 2 Channel mixer and microphone input available.

Rates:

All Rates Include all equipment listed above, 70 folding chairs, and risers for raised seating and day of the show box office* assistance.   Space is also available afterwards for a 2 hour reception at no additional cost.  Renter must provide their own food/drink for reception.

Basic Rate: $200 per hour - includes the entire floor (both studios) plus all listed amenities.

Extras:

The following is not included in the basic rate:

Lighting Personnel/Technician: $25.00 per hour

Stage Manager/Sound Operator: $20.00 per hour

Ushers: $8.50 per hour, per person

Reception Bartenders/Staffers: $10.00 per hour, per person

Advanced Sales Box Office (includes over the phone and CC transactions): 5% of each transaction. 

Posting of event on our websites: $20 per month
