SPRING YOUTH DANCE REGISTRATION
 

  • Note:  Spring Semester is 5 weeks longer than the Fall.

  • Class sizes are limited, as always, to ensure better learning and safety

  • New students looking to enroll in our Junior Company Program or the Kid Hop All-Stars Program, please email pmthouseofdance@aol.com. Placement is required.

  • Includes: 2 Performances, Classes and Pizza Party for the kids AND families!

  • Drop In/Single Classes are not available for Youth Program Classes.

Registration:

Registration may be done via Venmo, by phone, in person or by mail. The total tuition is due before the start of each session.  Review the SCHEDULE to make sure you are selecting the correct class(es). Enrollment fees apply to one child. Combos cannot be shared between children.

Upon registration, parents will receive a copy of our Guidebook with rules, regulations and acknowledge agreement.

Step 3 - Mail/Deliver or email your registration form to pmthouseofdance@gmail.com.  A confirmation will be sent once payment and your form is received.

To Register Over the Phone:

Call 212-924-5694 9am – 9pm daily with a valid credit card.  After the completion of this call, mail or email (pmthouseofdance@gmail.com) your completed form. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

All checks must be made out to PMT Dance Studio. Send the completed Registration Form to complete your registration 

- POLICIES -

REFUND

All registration fees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable with the following exception - If a class is NOT full or would lose viability due to the drop of a single student, a $65 cancellation fee shall be applied if registration is canceled with at least 10 days notice (prior to the start of the class). A 10% processing fee also applies to credit/debit card payments. No refunds, exchanges of any type shall be granted after this time. Semester tuition can not be carried over to other sessions or semesters. Students will be allowed to enter class only after their registration is completed and tuition is paid up to date. PMT Dance Studio is not required to schedule make up classes for students who are absent. 

CANCELLATION

PMT Dance Studio reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet the enrollment before the first class. Classes, faculty and schedule are subject to change.

ENROLLMENT PERIOD

Students can enroll in class, provided the class is not full, until the start of the 2nd week of that class. Students cannot join a class after the second class has begun.

 

SHOW TICKET & COSTUMING

             Tickets for the show/recitals are sold separately and are NOT included in tuition.

             Costume is not included. The cost of this is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

 

SUPERVISION

Adult supervision ends at the end of each class. Students waiting for their parents past the class time will be instructed for pick up in our common area.  Children are the responsibility of the parents upon the conclusion of class(es).

LOYALTY REWARDS & DISCOUNTS

Students must be enrolled in a full season of our Youth Programs within the past year.  Loyalty rewards do not apply to partial or half season enrollments. All discounts are applicable for one student. They can only be applied during the time the promotion is valid. Any changes to enrollment made after a promotional period are subject to the rates available at the (latter) time of the change(s).
 

HALF SEASON ENROLLMENTS

These are subject to availability. High demand classes may not have half season enrollment(s) available in order to meet the overall demand for spots. Additionally, this option is intended for those looking to enroll in a full season but want to try it out first. If you are not intending to stay for the full season, this option will not be available to you. Students cannot start in Session B
 

ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION

All students are required to attend scheduled classes, participate fully and adhere to behavior policies set forth by the teacher and PMT House of Dance. More than 2 unexcused absences may prohibit a student from full participation in he program, at the discretion of the teacher. Absences are the responsibility of the student and parent. No credits or refunds shall be provided. A welcome packet with full details shall be provided prior to the start of the season.
