These rates do not apply to commercial or other uses of the space, i.e., Events, Open Sessions, Classes, Tv or video shoots, or Auditions. Any use of space when a fee is taken or a class is conducted should be declared so that proper commercial rate and/or liability waiver can be given.
Note: For Rehearsals of 15 or more people, Open Session Rates shall be applied.

Use of space for a class or commercial purpose, regardless of how much a renter charges their students, is subject to these or other commercial rates at the discretion of the PMT management. Additional fees may apply. This rate may be applied toward other types of commerical use. Please inquire.

Liability Waiver. All renters must sign a waiver of liability agreement waiving PMT Dance Studio of any liability.
PMT Dance Studio does NOT insure these types of rentals. The renter is reponsible for their own insurance. -
If you are expecting 20 or more people at one time, you are required to rent the room 30 minutes prior to the actual start of your class.

Audition & Casting
All rates include front desk assistance with sign-in, tables, and chairs.

If you are expecting 20 or more people at one time, you are required to rent the room 30 minutes prior to the actual start of your audition/casting call. If your casting will entail more than 15 people, total, in the waiting area at one time, studio B rental is required as a holding room (rehearsal rate applies for the holding room).
Open Sessions, Large Rehearsals, Small Video/Photo Shoots & Free Classes
Open Sessions - These are sessions that are open to the general public & are NOT a closed rehearsal. Nominal fees of $5 may be charged to participants. Free Classes - These are classes, providing instruction, where the students do not pay any fee for taking the class.

Studio A includes Freight Elevator, available until 6pm M-F.

Events taking place after 6pm. This includes parties, jams, special events.
Daytime Events
For events taking place before 6pm (i.e. meetings, conferences, baby showers, children's birthday parties). The service of alcohol may entail additional costs. Inquire for details.

Capacity 150-175 people
Studio B .................... $110/hr before midnight; $170/hr after midnight
Capacity 60-80 people
Entire Floor ....... $500/hr
Capacity: 210 - 260 people
