Rental Rates

Rates are based on market value and nature of use.

Open Sessions

Open Sessions

Sessions, which are open to the general public and are NOT a closed rehearsal. Nominal fees of $5 may be charged to participants. Examples are open practice sessions and $5-classes. All Open Session Reservations require a Rental Liability Waiver Agreement provided by PMT Dance Studio. 

Studio A  .................  $ 31/hr 

Studio B  .................  $ 26/hr 

 

Rates vary for groups of 30 or more people.

Additional Required Items

Liability Waiver.  All renters must sign a waiver of liability agreement waiving PMT Dance Studio of any liability.
PMT Dance Studio does NOT insure these types of rentals.

 

Available equipment/items include:

  • Full PA sound system with CD player. Two speakers per studio.

  • DVD player and TV available upon request

  • Boombox available upon request.

  • 10 folding chairs

  • Ballet Barre  -  Studio A has one long 40 foot barre; Studio B has one portable 6 foot barre.

  • Music stands for sheet music

  • iPod charger (photo ID required in exchange for use)

 

Also available at additional cost:

  • Large tumbling mat  (12.25 X 7.9 ft; 15 in. thick) .....  $ 5.00 for up to 3 hours; $ 5.00 each additional hour

  • Yoga/pilates mat rental  ...........................................  $ 2.00/mat

  • Additional chairs  .....................................................   $ 1.00/chair

  • 2 x 4 & 3 x 6-ft. folding table  ....................................  $ 5.00/table

  • 4 x 8 folding conference table  .................................   $ 8.00/ table

  • Holding space 30 minutes prior to your class for sign in. This is required for classes expecting more than 20 students.

      Cost: $10.00

 

NOTE  Use of hard shoes, such as tap, flamenco, Mexican folklore, etc. are NOT permitted at any time. Step dancing is also
not permitted.

These rates do not apply to commercial or other uses of the space, i.e., Events, Open Sessions, Classes, or Auditions. Any use of space when a fee is taken or a class is conducted should be declared so that proper commercial rate and/or liability waiver can be given.
