  • Event or Party (15 people, max):

    • Included with the rental of entire floor, only.

Requirements for all bookings:

  • Credit or Debit Card.

    • Note: If you choose to not provide this, and your balance is more than $75.00 or you are booking space for commercial use or 10 or more people, payment upon booking and a security deposit of $75.00 shall be collected & held in the case of overtime fees or minor damage.  The security deposit shall be returned within 3 business days from the conclusion of your rental(s).

    • Venmo alternative: Payment can be made via Venmo, upon booking, for balances of $75.00 or less for non-commercial bookings of 10 or less people. In this case, no credit/debit card is required. However, space is not confirmed until payment is made. Payments are non-refundable but can be credited if proper cancellation notice is provided (or it is rebooked).

Conditional Requirements:

  • For Bulk Rate Discount. 25 hours or more to paid up front or rented monthly on a regular basis.

  • Holding Space for CastingsCommon areas cannot accommodate more than 15 people per booking.  Renting additional space for common areas are required if more than 15 people are expected for an audition.

  • Liability Waiver.  A blanket waiver is required for all events, classes, open sessions and commercial bookings. Rentals housing more than 30 people may also require liability waivers upon managerial discretion. Otherwise, for rehearsals and/or low risk bookings, individuals will be asked to complete an individual waiver prior to use.

  • An additional studio for a holding space or waiting area may be required for bookings where 20 or more people will be occupying the common area either before, during or after your rental.

  • Security Deposit may be required certain types of Commercial Use.  Please inquire for more information.

  • Security Person(s) are required for any event of 30 + people or for event where alcohol is being served.  Security Persons are $25 p/hr per person.  The exact number of required persons depends on the details of the event.

Lighting & Sound Technician:

  • $40.00 p/hr

  • 3rd party operators subject to approval

Box Office (Optional):

  • $500.00 flat rate plus 5% of every transaction.

Gala Set Up (includes table seating for dining and catering):

  • $250.00 additional cost

  • Seating limited to 40 persons.

Restrictions:

  • Footwear: Use of hard shoes, such as tap, flamenco, Mexican folklore, etc. are NOT permitted at any time. Step dancing is also not permitted.  No shoes that leave marks on the floor.

  • No use of the floor for percussive purposes, aside from with barefoot.

  • Food: No Food is permitted EXCEPT for event rentals.  Additional cost for food.

  • No Live drumming (without permission)

  • No Live music (without permission)

  • No smoking

  • No alcohol  (except for events)

  • No non-prescription drugs or any kind

  • No permanent markers

  • No heavy props or items without prior approval.

  • No adhesives without prior written consent

  • Physical alterations to the space are NOT permitted without prior consent from PMT Management.

  • Rosin or any foreign substance is not permitted.

  • Food is not permitted except for EVENT reservations.

  • No Nudity

  • No confetti without prior consent.

  • Use of space for any reason other than what is reflected in rental confirmation or invoice is not permitted.

  • No Glitter

Available at additional cost:

  • Yoga/Pilates Mat Rental: $2.00 per mat

  • Storage Space: Inquire for rates

  • Early Opening: $50.00 per hour additional to open before 9am

  • Security Person (for events only): Quote provided by third party

  • Flat screen TV: $25.00 extra (for non-classes)

  • Camera for Live Streaming (wide angle): $50.00 flat rate per use

  • Camera, Computer and ManyCams Software for Live Streaming: $75.00 flat rate per use. Zoom account not provided.
