How to Sign Up for In Person Classes

1. Read all COVID-19 safety policies.

2. Sign up online (Glofox Account required) at least 15 minutes prior to class.

3. Purchase a single class, class card or Unlimited Membership under the 'Memberships' tab (on the sign up page or on Glofox).

4. Apply that purchase to a class or waitlist. 

5. If you do not make a purchase, you will be told you are 'ineligible.'

6. If you are confirmed for a class - arrive on time! You will not be permitted into class if you are more than 20 minutes late, subject to teacher approval. Out of respect for the class, arrive on time.

7. Enjoy!

How to Sign Up for Online Classes

1. Get your free Zoom account.

2. Sign up online (Glofox Account required) at least 15 minutes prior to class.

3. You should automatically receive an email receipt with the link that will be activated at the time class starts.

4. Enjoy!

Online Class Requirements:

  • Space to move, without obstruction (consult your instructor)

  • Sufficient Internet Connection

  • Phone, tablet or computer

  • Only 1 person per device.

  • You MUST turn on your camera. If you don't do so, you will not be able to take the class.

  • Do not be more than 20 minutes late. Out of respect for the class, arrive on time.

Managing Waitlist:

  • A purchase of a class must be made to join a waitlist.

  • If you do not get into a class, you will be credited back to your (Glofox) account. That credit will be available for future use.

  • All purchases are non-refundable. You will only be issued a credit for future use. 

  • If you get in off of a waitlist, you will be automatically notified via email or a push notification via the Glofox app.

  • If you are no longer able to attend a class, please remove yourself from the waitlist. Students must manage their waitlist appointments. Otherwise, once you are entered into a class, you will be responsible for that class. Please consider this, and others who are also on the waitlist and looking to take class, when make your appointments.

Policy on Cancellation or Absence - IN PERSON CLASSES

Due to the extraordinarily limited number of spots available for in person classes due to COVID-19, the following policy is in place to ensure spots are properly utilized:

  1. 12 hours notice is required to cancel or change a reservation for a class.

  2. If a cancellation is received with less than 12 hours notice, or you do not show up for class, the customer will be required to pay a $10.00 late fee within 24 hours. If this fee is unpaid, accounts will be frozen until this payment is received. This is not a situation we welcome. However, until COVID-19 is no longer a threat, we have an obligation to make sure we provide as many opportunities to dance as possible.

  3. We reserve the right to further restrict the ability to sign up for classes if classes are continually late cancelled or no showed. This includes revoking or preventing the purchase of Membership if it is used in a way that simply holds spots without utilization.

  4. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis provided something unforeseen occurs which prevented them from attending class or if the spot is successfully filled by someone on the waitlist. However, you will still be responsible for the class fee.

We have a high demand for our in person classes as we continue to lead our community back to the dance floor. We want to be sure everyone can have the chance to enjoy this opportunity. To avoid issues, communicate with us. If we are able to fill the spot, there will be no penalty.

Class management. Students MUST manage their appointments. This includes classes they are waitlisted for. If you put yourself on a waitlisted class, but can no longer attend, remove yourself from waitlist. You will still be responsible for the spot if you are taken off of waitlist and are put in the class - even if it is with short notice. If you cannot attend a class, remove yourself as soon as you know. Be courteous to those students who can attend with short notice.

With the urging of our faculty and many students who are waiting days and weeks to take classes, we have to strictly enforce policies on late cancellations. Teachers are disheartened to see empty spots in classes listed as full. We get daily complaints about this issue and must address it. 


Please be sure to provide at least 12 hours notice for any cancellation of a class reservation. If something comes up, contact us immediately.
