Rates are based on market value and nature of use.

Events

After-hour Parties and Events

After-hours events,  parties, personal gatherings, parties with alcohol being served and anything that requires special staffing, security or special clean-up. 

Studio A  ....................  $ 250/hr 

Capacity 150-175 people

 

Studio A  ....................  $ 150/hr 

Capacity 60-80 people

 

Entire 3rd Floor  .......  $ 400/hr 

Capacity: 210 - 260 people

 

NOTE   Studios can be interconnected or joined through a direct passageway for events.

What's Included:

  • Full PA sound system with CD player. Two speakers per studio.

  • Additional RCA wires for audio set up

  • DVD player and TV available upon request

  • Boombox available upon request.

  • 60 folding chairs

  • Ballet Barre  -  Studio A has one long 40 foot barre; Studio B has one portable 6 foot barre.

  • Music stands for sheet music

  • 1 - 2 x 4 folding table 

  • 5 - 3 x 6 folding conference table 

  • 2 - 4 x 8 folding conference table

  • Use of Dressing Rooms (only during off-hours)

  • Use of refrigerator for food storage

  • Bar apparatus

 

Also available at additional cost:

Security Personnel  ....................   $25.00 per hour  per person*

 

To make an event booking, please contact Pavan directly at pmthouseofdance@aol.com. A signed agreement and security deposit is required for all event bookings. Security deposit for night events or events serving alcohol are $400 - 600 depending on the size and nature of the event. Rates may vary on holidays or busy seasons. 

 

* Security costs are not included. 1 security person is required per 25 people who attend. If alcohol is being served, additional security may be required at the discretion of PMT. Security may be waived or reduced for events such as children's parties, baby showers or private birthday parties at the discretion of PMT management.

Daytime Events

For daytime events (i.e. meetings, conferences), baby showers, children's birthday parties. These events do not allow for the serving of alcohol after-hours, and the service of alcohol may entail additional costs.

Studio B  .................  $ 50.00/hr

  • Security personnel  ..................................................  $ 25.00/hour per person

Rates may vary on holidays or busy seasons. Security costs are not included. Security is required for all events of 50 or more people or events where the patrons are consuming/have consumed alcohol.
